About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our IT Department with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business process analysis. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a college student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field to gain hands-on experience working with ERP solutions, business workflows, and data management. SQL and coding skills are a plus and will be useful in system enhancements and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write simple queries.
• Exposure to coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) for automation or system integration.
• Understanding of data structures, reporting, and business intelligence tools .
• Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist with ERP system administration , troubleshooting, and support for business users.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to analyze and document business processes.
• Support data management and reporting by writing SQL queries and performing data validation.
• Help test and document ERP system enhancements, updates, and new features.
• Collaborate with IT staff to improve ERP workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Provide basic end-user support, including training on system functionality.
• Work on ad hoc projects related to IT infrastructure, software applications, and business intelligence.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
