This role provides first-level IT support to employees through phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance. Interns will gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues. They will also assist with computer setup, software installations, and device configuration, support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees, and work closely with the IT team on daily operations and special projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and collaborate within a team environment
  • Interest in learning new technologies and developing hands-on IT support experience

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees through phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance
  • Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues
  • Assist with computer setup, software installations, and device configuration
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
  • Work closely with the IT team on daily operations and special projects
  • Help ensure employees have reliable technology support to maintain productivity
  • Contribute to efficient resolution of technical issues and support requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and IT procedures
  • Support company security standards and data protection practices
  • Assist in improving IT processes and maintaining equipment inventory
