As Alliant Energy continues to grow and invest in its technology environment, you will play a key role in supporting end users in a regulated setting where reliability and precision matter. You will take ownership of ServiceNow tickets, handling break/fix issues while managing imaging, provisioning, and endpoint support across user devices. You will work within structured change controls and compliance requirements, including SOX and NERC CIP, while coordinating patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation. You will also partner with infrastructure and business teams to maintain performance, support virtualized environments, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
