The IT Infrastructure Project Leader will deliver a high level of direct IT infrastructure customer support while assisting project execution under the guidance of a Project Manager. This role involves promoting excellent customer service, ensuring effective response times, and providing expert insights into support issues. The individual will enforce quality of service guidelines and maintain overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include traveling to data centers or client sites for on-site technical work, supporting infrastructure projects in collaboration with Project Managers and external vendors, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues with distributors and manufacturers. The role also requires analyzing incident trends to propose preventive solutions and process improvements, and investigating suspected security events and vulnerabilities in coordination with PSOC and CSIRT teams.
