About The Position

The IT Infrastructure Project Leader will deliver a high level of direct IT infrastructure customer support while assisting project execution under the guidance of a Project Manager. This role involves promoting excellent customer service, ensuring effective response times, and providing expert insights into support issues. The position requires enforcing quality of service guidelines and maintaining overall customer satisfaction. Travel to data centers or client sites for on-site technical work is expected. The IT Infrastructure Project Leader will support infrastructure projects in collaboration with Project Managers and external vendors, troubleshoot infrastructure issues with distributors and manufacturers, analyze incident trends, and propose preventive solutions and process improvements. Additionally, the role involves investigating suspected security events and vulnerabilities in coordination with PSOC and CSIRT teams.

  • Design and implementation experience in Windows Server (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange)
  • Design and implementation experience in Unix Server (Redhat, SMTP server)
  • Design and implementation experience in Authentication Infrastructure (SSO, Entra ID, Okta)
  • Strong operation and troubleshooting skills in Monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, SolarWinds)
  • Strong operation and troubleshooting skills in Active Directory, GPO
  • Strong operation and troubleshooting skills in Authentication and Access Privilege
  • Strong operation and troubleshooting skills in Security tools (SES, Defender, Cybereason, Deep Security)
  • Experience working with stakeholders on support-related issues
  • Basic Japanese language skills (required for communication with Tokyo HQ)
