About The Position
The IT Infrastructure Asset and Contract Manager will manage IT infrastructure assets and related contracts, maintenance agreements, and renewals. The role works with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments and coordinates across IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business teams. It requires translating technical requirements into business, procurement, and vendor requirements, as well as fluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure operations, ITAM, ITSM, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments.
- Experience managing IT hardware/software contracts, maintenance agreements, and renewals.
- Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM); knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred.
- Experience managing technology vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management.
- Experience working across IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business, procurement, and vendor requirements.
- Experience with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, contract management, or asset management platforms.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
