Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university
Minimum 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years of team supervising experience

TMS subject matter expertise, client and vendor integration, order-to-cash processes

Responsibilities

Monitors information technology infrastructure and related system operations and assesses potential risks
Evaluates training requirements for current and new IT solutions, develops appropriate training materials, and provides staff training
Develops analytical and reporting tools, feasibility studies, and recommendations for enhancements to the IT infrastructure and its supporting hardware and software
Reviews budgets for team/functional area; Hires and trains new staff
Responsible for TMS client onboarding projects including project level and team performance reporting
Managing a team of 4-6 analysts performing technical design and Implementation project work
