About The Position
AUMOVIO is seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance its SAP HCM Global Integration. The role supports regional HR IT platforms and foundations, global integration, and HR IT master data management solutions across cloud and on-premise technologies. The position serves as a technology expert and technical authority for HR IT, including end-to-end HR business processes, system configuration, architecture, and data flows. It develops and improves HCM solutions using ABAP and other technologies, advises internal HR customers, and works with HR Operations and the IT community to understand needs, design concepts and blueprints, implement solutions, and evaluate outcomes. The role also contributes to HR IT strategy and innovation, optimizing the technical landscape, platforms, and data flows across strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap.
Requirements
- Master's degree, bachelor's degree, or diploma in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of IT or industry work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, particularly SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, master data management, and architecture management.
- SAP ABAP programming for HCM, particularly interface techniques.
- At least 5 years of relevant SAP project experience.
- Passion for developing and optimizing system landscapes and data flows.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and holistic-thinking skills.
- Efficient troubleshooting capabilities.
- High customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Intercultural sensitivity; international team experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of or experience with HR business processes.
- English language proficiency.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad.

Responsibilities
- Oversee regional HR IT platforms and foundations, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and SAP CI.
- Support global HR IT integration topics and implement HR IT master data management solutions using cloud and on-premise technologies.
- Use SAP HCM application knowledge to support business needs.
- Serve as a knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flows.
- Act as a technology expert in end-to-end HR business processes and configuration.
- Define global guidelines for HCM development and operations.
- Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility.
- Drive innovation and improve existing technologies.
- Create business solutions using ABAP and other technologies, including object-oriented programming, reports, and FI interfaces.
- Design and develop reliable, sustainable, best-practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
- Provide end-to-end business process consulting to internal customers and act as an IT partner for regional HR departments, Centers of Excellence, and HR Services.
- Liaise with HR Operations and the IT community to understand needs, develop IT concepts and blueprints, implement systems solutions, and evaluate success.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies.
- Optimize the HR IT technical landscape, platforms, and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap.
