Coeur Rochester, a subsidiary of Coeur Mining Inc. based near Lovelock, Nevada, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our Information Technology team at the Rochester Mine. The IT Helpdesk Technician serves as the first point of contact for technology incidents, service requests, and general technical support across the site. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues, documenting and triaging support tickets, escalating incidents when required, and providing excellent customer service to site personnel. This position plays a key role in maintaining reliable technology services that support safe and efficient mining operations. This role is the entry point into Coeur Rochester’s IT team. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, mining operations, and cybersecurity practices, with a clear path to advance into IT Technician and IT Administrator roles as your skills and experience grow.
