Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in an IT capacity.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and a range of technology products.
Excellent computer skills.
Proven experience in a customer support role.
Strong ethical and moral character references.

Responsibilities

Deliver timely technical support and assistance to physicians and staff members.
Respond to inquiries over the phone, assist in person, and offer remote solutions.
Ensure computer systems, hardware, and software function smoothly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
