Requirements

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in computer related area, or commensurate work experience in relevant areas
Hardware knowledge – Desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals
Software knowledge – Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), and cloud-based platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate in a professional manner across all functional business areas, both local and remote
Capacity to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Provide end user computer and first level help desk support to resolve computer hardware and software issues
Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint hardware including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using remote management tools, such as N-able, PDQ Connect, and SmartDeploy
Install, update, and administer software including Microsoft 365 Office, cloud-based applications, and firm-specific tools including Thomson Reuters GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager
Answer, troubleshoot, document and escalate support calls as needed
Track and maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware lifecycle and software licensing
