RedMane has a full-time opportunity for an IT Help Desk Technician based in our Chicago Office. As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be part the team supporting technology for all RedMane staff and offices. You will help improve end user’s productivity by completing triage, offering advice, teaching and developing solutions to common challenges with office products and capabilities. You will be responsible for hardware break/fix support, account management tasks, system deployments, and inventory management. The nature of this support role requires daily/onsite office presence in our Chicago Headquarters just east of O’Hare/Rosemont in Chicago.
