This is a part-time opportunity for an IT Help Desk Technician at Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale, the largest beer wholesaler in southwest PA. The role serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, providing timely support to end users, and escalating complex problems as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Requires drug screen and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level IT staff or external vendors as appropriate.
Assist users with account access, password resets, and multi-factor authentication issues.
Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 Applications.
Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
Follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.
Maintain IT asset inventory.
