The IT Team at Grand Pacific Resorts is offering a PAID Summer Internship for a few Help Desk Intern positions. You will be assisting the Team with a project where we will be replacing PCs with new PCs at our resort locations in the Southern California region. You will also assist with help desk requests to support our users with technical support needs. This is a great opportunity to see first-hand how an IT department operates, see the technology in action and get involved with some of the day to day problem solving activities! As part of joining the team, we will help you develop interpersonal skills, consulting skills, communication skills, teamwork, and technical skills.
