As an IT Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our 3rd Shift Manufacturing Environment located in Hazelwood, MO. This position will address any issues identified during the overnight shift that impact our manufacturing operations. It will also monitor our Help Desk to support users across other business units. In addition, this role will work with team members to build and maintain equipment utilized across North America. If you’re ready to keep our operations running strong, apply today.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting desktops and laptops.
  • The desire to continue to grow and develop Cyber skills.
  • Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive time management with the ability to work on many projects at various points of the product development cycle.
  • Demonstrates a bias for action and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Basic application troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of imaging technologies for desktops and laptops.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware support and troubleshooting for standard Windows‑based computers as well as industrial‑style Windows‑based computers.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of both Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Working alongside with Help Desk to support system monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Apply Windows patches and hardware drivers to ensure systems remain updated and stable.
  • Troubleshoot printer issues and support reliable device performance.
  • Work independently in a manufacturing support role with confidence and accountability.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones.
