Under minimal direction, the IT Hardware Technician II coordinates, supports, and addresses the daily operational management of the Bank's IT assets. This role involves managing inventory lifecycles, developing and maintaining hardware standards and disk images, performing preventative hardware maintenance and routine field service work within the branch network. The technician will independently research, validate, and resolve defects and outages reported by end users, escalating issues when necessary. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, meeting service level agreements, and acting as an escalation point for and assisting in training IT Hardware Technician I. The position requires adherence to corporate policies, regulations, and mandatory compliance training, including those related to BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.
