Responsibilities: Governance Framework Leadership: Establish, maintain, and continously evolve IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure alignment with the agile transformation currently going on in IT. Compliance Oversight: Implement and monitor adherence to IT rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all teams. Process Optimization: Provide expert guidance on IT process design and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Performance Management: Define KPIs for governance effectiveness, track performance, and drive data‑informed decision‑making. Training & Awareness: Design and deliver training programs on governance policies, compliance requirements, and best practices. Audit Support: Lead preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow‑up on findings Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a pro-active, trusted advisor to leadership teams, bridging communication between business, IT, and compliance functions. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience: Several years of professional experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or related roles in complex organizations. Leadership: Proven track record of ability and passion to lead and motivate diverse teams and release potential of each individual. Governance Expertise: Strong knowledge of frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, TOGAF and related regulatory requirements. Policy Development: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining governance policies and controls. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess risks, analyze data, and define effective mitigation strategies. Communication & Language Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with strong influencing skills at all levels; fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
