About The Position

Our client is a global leader in medical simulation technology, providing advanced patient simulators used by hospitals, universities, and healthcare training programs. These systems allow medical professionals to practice real-life scenarios in a controlled environment, helping improve patient outcomes and reduce risk in clinical settings. They are seeking an IT Field Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these simulator systems across customer sites.

Requirements

• Flexibility to travel Monday through Friday
• Basic IT knowledge (hardware/software troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP addressing)
• Experience working with Windows 10 environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Electronics troubleshooting or hands-on technical aptitude
• CompTIA A+ or similar foundational knowledge

Responsibilities

• Install and configure patient simulator systems at hospitals, universities, and training centers
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Ensure systems are properly connected to client networks and fully operational
• Provide basic training and support to end users on-site
• Travel throughout the DC/DMV region to support customer locations
• Maintain strong customer service and communication with end users
