Requirements

• Basic Network/server and application knowledge (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of WiFi and Mobility technologies.
• Troubleshooting skills (hardware/software) and peripheral knowledge.
• A+ Certification or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to move, on a regular basis, large equipment that weighs at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to provide on-site, and on-call 7x24x365 support, as needed.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Computer Hardware troubleshooting (Mid: 3-7 Years)
• Configure install test (Mid: 3-7 Years)
• Network support (Junior: 0-3 Years)
• Asset Management (Mid: 3-7 Years)
• Project Management Organization (Junior: 0-3 Years)

Nice To Haves

• May require overnight travel
