About The Position

As an IT Field Services Engineer, you will provide field-level technical support for end users across assigned locations, ensuring endpoint devices and systems operate efficiently with minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of desktop support experience (imaging, troubleshooting, hardware support, remote user support)
  • Experience with enterprise device management tools
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
  • Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices including PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support desktop imaging, deployments, and upgrades
  • Document issues and resolutions
  • Participate in the on-call rotation
