About The Position

Multi Clean is hiring an onsite IT/Facility Director (full-time, Monday–Friday) to keep our technology and facilities running smoothly so teams can stay productive. You'll oversee core IT operations-OS, security utilities, servers, email, endpoints, and business apps-while leading system improvements and supporting both Mac OS X and Windows. Key responsibilities include workstation/printer/phone setup and support; assessing staff needs, gaps, and risks; designing and administering systems and networks with clear documentation and testing; rolling out software/application upgrades and resolving performance issues; and training employees on tools (Microsoft, Adobe, Google Workspace). You'll also direct facility operations, including vehicle/equipment upkeep, oversight of three warehouses, ordering, and inventory management in coordination with leadership, plus basic web content updates.

Requirements

Hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across hardware/software.
Network/system administration with documentation discipline.
Clear communication and end-user training ability.

Responsibilities
