About The Position

Multi Clean is hiring an onsite IT/Facility Director (full-time, Monday–Friday) to keep our technology and facilities running smoothly so teams can stay productive. You'll oversee core IT operations-OS, security utilities, servers, email, endpoints, and business apps-while leading system improvements and supporting both Mac OS X and Windows. You'll also direct facility operations, including vehicle/equipment upkeep, oversight of three warehouses, ordering, and inventory management in coordination with leadership, plus basic web content updates.

Requirements

Hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across hardware/software.
Network/system administration with documentation discipline.
Clear communication skills.
End-user training ability.

Responsibilities

Oversee core IT operations including OS, security utilities, servers, email, endpoints, and business applications.
Lead system improvements and support both Mac OS X and Windows environments.
Perform workstation, printer, and phone setup and support.
Assess staff needs, gaps, and risks.
Design and administer systems and networks with clear documentation and testing.
Roll out software/application upgrades and resolve performance issues.
Train employees on tools such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
Direct facility operations, including vehicle/equipment upkeep.
Oversee three warehouses.
Manage ordering and inventory in coordination with leadership.
Perform basic web content updates.
Check ticket queues, alerts, and email to identify issues impacting staff.
Conduct walk-throughs of warehouse spaces.
Coordinate with leadership on priorities.
Schedule vendors or maintenance as needed.
Engage in project time for planning upgrades, reviewing security settings, or documenting network changes.
Provide in-person help sessions with employees.
Verify inventory and place orders.
Confirm vehicle/equipment readiness.
Document status notes for the next day.
