The IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing corporate IT Facilities, manufacturing, and Infrastructure projects. These projects include structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, DAS, audio visual/collaboration, clinical labs, Voice, physical security, Network Hardware Refreshes, Firewall upgrades, and OS patching. The Project Manager will lead high visibility projects through their entire lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual who can adopt the company's Project planning and delivery processes, contribute to strategy and roadmap discussions, and manage project execution and delivery. This role requires strong collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, scheduling, resource management, and vendor management skills, with a proven track record in a results-driven environment. The role also involves continuously improving and developing ISI initiatives and demonstrating PMO organizational skills to enhance data integrity and accuracy. The position requires collaborating with subject matter experts and IT architects to analyze project requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather specifications and develop robust IT infrastructure architectural frameworks and designs. The role operates in a unique, high-energy, and multicultural work environment, requiring a self-starter with minimal guidance. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential. Proficiency in Project Management Tools (such as Anaplan, Smartsheet) and expert knowledge of Office 365 applications are necessary. Familiarity with multiple collaboration tools like Zoom is also required.
