We are seeking an experienced Facility Engineering Manager to lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects within commercial and government facilities environments. This role requires the ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced project portfolio, while maintaining exceptional standards for safety, quality, customer communication, schedule, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing 20–40 simultaneous small to mid-sized projects and misc. procurements, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, and driving successful project outcomes while identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and program growth. The Facility Engineering Manager will provide direct leadership to one or more Project Engineers who support all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout. Serve as the central point of contact for customers, providing proactive, transparent, and professional communication. Anticipate customer questions and concerns and provide timely updates that minimize surprises. Clearly communicate dependencies, required customer actions, schedule impacts, and change drivers. Maintain strong working relationships with facility stakeholders, tenants, and operations teams. Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with site safety requirements, including LOTO and risk mitigation planning. Ensure installations are properly inspected prior to close-in and final acceptance. Minimize rework, return visits, and operational disruption to occupied facilities. Identify opportunities to support additional projects, task orders, or program expansion. Support customer development by offering solutions, recommendations, and a clear path forward. Contribute to recapitalization planning, scope development, and rough order-of-magnitude cost estimates when applicable.
