IT Engineer

The job overview for this role is that the IT Engineer will be responsible for supporting collaboration tools, handling escalated incidents and problems, maintaining documentation, and participating in integration and development projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SaaS enterprise technologies, integrations, APIs, workplace infrastructure, and automation. They should also have experience with macOS, Google Workspace Administration, Google Cloud Identity, unified communication platforms, and coding/scripting. The candidate should be a problem solver, able to work independently or as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.

• Support the suite of collaboration tools and escalate incidents and problems to the Service Desk
• Maintain self-help documentation for employees
• Engage in integration and development projects for new technologies
