The IT Engineer II is responsible for providing systems analysis and support, or installing, configuring, and maintaining technologies or systems. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a 4 year college or university
Minimum 4 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance on networks and systems, including the restoration of software
Anticipates and mitigates potential attacks through network or other connections to ensure the security of the system
Creates and maintains documentation relating to network configuration and processes
Designs, implements and supports network routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, VoIP, security, cabling, etc for time sensitive projects.
Guides and assists the support teams across the company with application issues when necessary
Other duties as required and assigned
