We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly collaborative IT Director to lead the strategy, performance, and security of our core business systems and technology operations. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive IT experience, including experience managing people and leading technical teams.
Experience administering or overseeing ERP systems, NetSuite strongly preferred.
Experience with business intelligence and data platforms such as Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Klaviyo.
Demonstrated experience with cyber security practices; relevant certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP) a plus.
Strong project management and vendor management track record, including managing MSP relationships.
Ability to translate business needs into technology strategy and communicate clearly with a CFO and other executives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop your team and provide functional oversight of NetSuite Administration — setting priorities, standards, and performance goals for the team.
Own the strategic roadmap, licensing, and vendor relationships across Office 365, NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Snowflake.
Ensure NetSuite, Power BI, and Snowflake are integrated to support a reliable, single source of truth for financial and operational reporting.
Own the organization's cyber security strategy, monitor compliance, lead incident response, and manage relationships with security vendors.
Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to align technology investment with business goals, including support for new office setups, expansions, and integrations.
Manage and optimize managed service provider (MSP) relationships, and prioritize the cross-functional IT project backlog.
Build and manage the IT department's structure, staffing plan, and budget.
Act as the executive point of escalation between IT, business units, HR, and external vendors.
