About The Position

This position is on-site based out of Hartford, WI . We are seeking a personable, helpful, proactive individual who is seeking a blended role both strategic and operationally hands-on.

Requirements

Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
5-7 years of progressive IT experience required, banking IT experience preferred
3+ years of leadership experience
Extensive Knowledge of Office 365, Aristotle Insight, Tandem, Tenable, KnowB4
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility

Cybersecurity Framework Assessment (NIST)
Ransomware Assessment (RSTAT)
Asset Management (Hardware, Software, Mobile Devices)
Facilitate IT Audits/Examinations
Conduct Vendor Management
Program Security Awareness
Incident Response
Business Continuity
Social Engineering
Network Assessment
IT infrastructure
Phone System Management
Applicable policy ownership including: IT Information Security, Change Management, Vendor Management
Lead internal IT Steering Committee
Develop and implement IT Roadmap consistent with organizational strategy
Responsible for annual IT budget and IT project management
Provide help desk support to users.
Manage additional staff member/back up as well as third party managed IT provider/vendor
Stay current on IT news through reading, education, industry networks
All other duties as assigned
