The Director, Process Intelligence & Business Transformation, leads Western Digital's enterprise process intelligence program, owning the object-centric Process Mining capability (Celonis OCPM) that serves as the analytical engine for identifying, diagnosing, and prioritizing process improvement opportunities across WD's core business operations. This role is the primary bridge between raw transactional data and actionable re-engineering initiatives — surfacing process inefficiencies, conformance gaps, and automation candidates across Oracle Fusion Cloud-based processes spanning the full enterprise process taxonomy, including Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Fulfill, Concept-to-Offer, Offer-to-Plan, and Lead-to-Order. The role institutionalizes the capability: it stands up and operates the Process Mining Center of Excellence, governs the shared object-centric data model as an enterprise asset, builds and sustains a business relay network across value streams, and maintains evidence-based process documentation anchored on mined baselines and explicit targets. This leader operates at the intersection of data, process, technology, and AI, translating complex object-centric process analysis into prioritized, investment-ready transformation opportunities with a defined handover to executing owners, and co-driving the adoption of AI-enabled process intelligence at scale. Excellence in delivery and the development of IT/BSG resources into full process mining proficiency is a standing objective shared with the Sr. Director, Business Program Architecture.
