The Zebra Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is a three-year (graduate) program that builds versatile technology leaders by providing cross-functional experience through three one-year rotations in multiple areas of the Information Technology & Security organizations. Rotation opportunities may include areas such as IT Enterprise Solutions, Infrastructure, PMO/QA, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Data Protection. The program will also offer extensive leadership and technical training opportunities. Please note: This position is expected to start in June 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Security, Information Systems or a related technical field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes; learn to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations.
- Must be flexible to specific rotation job requirements and be able to navigate a changing work environment.
- Execute technical deliverables as defined in each rotation job description.
- Support key IT Projects from various perspectives throughout the program.
- Play an active role in the IT Development Program activities including various types of training, program event coordination, team meetings, leadership updates, and mentorship program.
- Visibility and interaction with senior Information Technology leaders.
- Accountable for developing your leadership and management skillsthrough on-the-job experience and additional training opportunities that are available.
