Virbac Corp is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across our North America offices, warehouses, R D environments, and remote Sales teams located throughout the US and Canada. This position requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work with global teams on security, network, and infrastructure systems. Requirements

  • 4-8 years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, cloud technologies, AI tools (Gemini).
  • Exposure to SSO/MFA, Okta, antivirus/end-point security, Veeam, Nutanix, Nextiva.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support remote teams.
  • Physical requirement due to necessary movement of equipment including server(s) components. This includes lifting/pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs, as well as working overhead on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1-3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, printers, scanners, warehouse/R D devices, and conference room AV systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Android/iOS mobile devices, MFA, VPN access, corporate email, and security compliance.
  • Support remote Sales representatives and field teams across the US and Canada.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, VPN, network connectivity, printing, software installs, and Google Workspace applications.
  • Manage and resolve tickets in EasyVista with detailed documentation.
  • Assist with IT purchasing for hardware, accessories, and software.
  • Image and deploy computers using KACE ; maintain asset lifecycle accuracy.
  • Liaise with Global HQ teams for HQ-controlled systems including network, identity, and security platforms.
  • Assist with backup/restore activities in Veeam and basic operations within Nutanix environments.
  • Follow GxP, CSV, ITIL, and FDA-aligned procedures in regulated areas.
