About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Analyst to support end users with desktop and laptop hardware, software, and related technology needs. This role works independently, supports a variety of technology platforms (including clinical software), and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field
  • 1–5 years of experience in desktop or IT support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Experience with PC and laptop hardware configuration and support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software deployment tools
  • Experience administering Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to quickly learn and support new technology solutions
  • Experience supporting VPN connectivity for remote users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop hardware and software.
  • Image, configure, and deploy new PC equipment.
  • Support third-party applications, including clinical software and devices.
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 products.
  • Support VPN connectivity for remote employees.
  • Respond to and resolve end-user issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.
  • Stay current with new technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Follow all Clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain consistent, reliable on-site attendance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
