About The Position

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking an IT Data Operations Technician to provide first-level IT support to CCBHC team members. This role involves setting up computing devices, installing hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to support requests, and training staff on system usage. The position requires occasional travel and the ability to perform other assigned duties. River Edge is a leading resource for mental health, substance use disorder treatments, and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serving over 10,000 Georgians with outpatient services in Macon, Monroe County, and Baldwin County.

Requirements

At least a high school diploma/GED equivalent.
Intermediate to advance Office 365 knowledge.
Intermediate to Advanced PC troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge.
Must be 21 years of age.
1+ year(s) of experience working in IT/Data Analyst.
Good organizational skills.
Able to communicate well both verbally and written.
Positive energy person, good communicator.
Can handle and protect confidential information.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Acceptable driving record.
Must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.
Provide 2 Professional references (Former employers only, no family members).

Nice To Haves

Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Setting up laptops and other computing devices in support of CCBHC team members.
Acting as the first line of support for Information Technology needs of CCBHC team members.
Setting up hardware and installing and configuring software and drivers.
Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
Training colleagues on how to effectively use computer systems and components.
Occasional travel.
Other job duties as assigned.
