About The Position

The IT Coordinator Depot Maintenance position is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the repairs of POS computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals deployed to Sherwin-Williams stores. Hardware repairs can involve cleaning of cases and components using solvent to board level repairs. The IT Coordinator documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. The incumbent also provides advance replacement equipment for failures in the field. The incumbent will perform a variety of basic operational tests on main POS devices and analysis tasks. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships. This position is not hybrid/remote and will report to our Cleveland, OH Global HQ.
