About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Information Technology team as an IT Consultant in the Quality & ESH IT area. The role involves driving digital transformation, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering impactful IT solutions. The consultant will be responsible for leading and supporting IT implementation projects, planning and executing projects, identifying and mitigating risks, leading project teams, developing stakeholder communication plans, ensuring adherence to IT governance, and acting as an IT partner for business customers. The role also includes overseeing the operation, performance, and compliance of Quality & ESH applications, coordinating with internal and external partners for application lifecycle management and support, and building relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.

Requirements

University degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
Several years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
Many years in IT application operations and project delivery
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, negotiation with vendors, and conflict resolution across diverse teams
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment
Customer service-oriented mindset
Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies

Nice To Haves

Experience with Quality & ESH applications is a strong advantage
Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success

Responsibilities

Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within the Quality & ESH IT
Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management
Lead project teams fostering teamwork
Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment
Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements
Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutions
Oversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Quality & ESH applications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support
Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions
