About The Position

We are seeking high‑potential interns and co‑ops who want to help shape the future of the IT organization. This role is designed for early‑career talent with the curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and leadership potential to grow into future technology, platform, product, and enterprise leaders. Participants will work on meaningful technology and business problems, learn from experienced leaders, and contribute to initiatives that improve how teams use data, platforms, digital products, automation, AI, and modern operating models to create enterprise value.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, data science, engineering, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field;
Interest in technology, digital transformation, AI, data, platforms, product thinking, business operations, or enterprise problem solving;
Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Contribute to real IT, digital, data, product, platform, automation, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or business operations initiatives;
Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, analyze problems, and help deliver practical solutions;
Use structured thinking to evaluate options, challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and recommend trade‑offs;
Learn unfamiliar domains quickly and apply lessons from one assignment to new situations;
Take ownership of ambiguous problems by creating momentum, asking smart questions, and driving work forward;
Communicate insights through storytelling, documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updates;
Collaborate with accountability by building trust, removing barriers, and delivering outcomes rather than activities;
