CUAnswers is looking for a Client Support and Operations Specialist to join our team in our Las Vegas office. This role provides first-tier computer and network technical support to partners and clients in the credit union industry. The specialist will be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting with computer hardware, networking, and managed services technologies, ensuring clients remain connected and operational. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, and the position is in-office only with no remote opportunities.
