Requirements

Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.

Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field

Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to understand operational needs and develop technology solutions that support business goals.
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall user experience.
Configure, test, and support business systems that enable critical operations across APS.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and provide lasting value.
Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements that drive continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders while helping ensure technology investments deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Analyzes moderately complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process
Acts as a primary technical advisor in identifying and evaluating systems and procedures that are cost effective, efficient, reliable, and meet user requirements
Documents requirements, and translates into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools
Assists in configuring system settings and option, and creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements
Designs details of basic automated systems
Plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing
Supports and conducts visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design
Analyzes performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction
May provide guidance, training, and assistance to entry level Analysts
