Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to understand operational needs and develop technology solutions that support business goals.
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall user experience.
  • Configure, test, and support business systems that enable critical operations across APS.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and provide lasting value.
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements that drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while helping ensure technology investments deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Analyzes moderately complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process
  • Acts as a primary technical advisor in identifying and evaluating systems and procedures that are cost effective, efficient, reliable, and meet user requirements
  • Documents requirements, and translates into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools
  • Assists in configuring system settings and option, and creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Designs details of basic automated systems
  • Plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing
  • Supports and conducts visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design
  • Analyzes performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction
  • May provide guidance, training, and assistance to entry level Analysts
