Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field.
  • Typically requires 2-4 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Interview stakeholders to understand needs, document processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather requirements, prepare process flows, mockups, user stories, and functional documentation for system development.
  • Design workflows and specify system requirements to drive process improvements and efficiency.
  • Map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system optimizations.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assist in test planning, execute pre-UAT test cases, and identify system issues.
  • Create training materials, conduct sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely deliverables, proper documentation, and budget adherence.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and inform system enhancements.
  • Applies working knowledge of organizational practices and business fundamentals.
  • Addresses moderately complex problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents while operating within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Individual contributor performing work with limited supervision; may provide guidance to less experienced team members as appropriate.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
