About The Position

OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT. OPSPro is seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI Software Developer to join their team. Candidate will provide client support for cloud based applications, mainly Microsoft 365 environments. Ability to work both independently, and as part of a cross-functional team while handling multiple tasks concurrently. Support and maintain corporate application systems for intranet. Willingness to take on new projects and responsibilities. Contributes to a positive team/work environment while continually seeking ways to enhance contributions to the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or another related field
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • 3-5 years' experience with Microsoft SharePoint, MS Flow, MS Teams, PowerBI
  • 3-5 years' experience working with Javascript
  • 1-3 years' experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery and C# or .NET, Node.JS, .NetCore
  • Strong aptitude and desire to dig in and learn new systems.
  • Willingness learn and maintain Office365 applications and "Low code" Solutions.
  • Strong analysis/trouble shooting skills.
  • Experience with implementing and troubleshooting API connections
  • Experience with Accounting systems and related data
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.

Responsibilities

  • Use data to understand business patterns and trends
  • Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
  • Communicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports
  • Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Create, Update, Develop business tools and applications for use across the company
  • Provide documentation and training for company and client staff on use of business applications
  • Assist the technical lead with projects from implementation through testing and production
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with users at all skill levels and document unique issues and solutions in a support knowledgebase or procedure/policy documents
  • Accurately update applications, websites, and content management systems
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and support software applications and business processes. Analyzes and tests new software configurations
