About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of organizational change management. This role requires a proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver projects successfully. Experience within the Judicial System is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven technical experience in a role such as a programmer, DBA, architect, or similar.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Nice To Haves

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience working with the Judicial System.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
