Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or healthcare environments.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Must be a current South Carolina resident.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Medicaid, MMIS, or government healthcare systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities
