About The Position

Serious Medicine is what we do. Being extraordinary is who we are. Every colleague plays a key role in upholding this promise to our patients and their families. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s project portfolio—evaluating incoming requests, assessing feasibility, and bringing structure and clarity to complex, often ambiguous needs. This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering; you’ll partner with operational, clinical, and IT leaders to define scope, identify risks, and guide initiatives through intake and assessment to ensure the right work moves forward at the right time. Your ability to connect strategy to execution, surface insights, and influence decisions will directly impact organizational efficiency and the experience of our end users. The IT Business Analyst will play a key role in evaluating project feasibility, defining scope, and providing insights to drive efficient project initiation execution through the enterprise IT Intake process. Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their objectives, gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams for IT project requests. Participate in project prioritization, sequencing and IT Assessment processes to assist with communication between Management Committees, stakeholders and IT teams.
