About The Position

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is looking for an IT Business Analyst to partner with business leaders and end users to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver technology solutions. The goal is to optimize AGP business applications, automate processes, and support digital transformation initiatives. This role requires an analytical and collaborative individual excited about Microsoft 365, workflow automation, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of business application or software support experience
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Enterprise Content Management (ECM) (i.e. Hyland OnBase)
• AI enhanced document capture (i.e. PageIQ Intelligent Capture)
• Workflow automation and business process improvement
• Business requirements gathering and end-user training

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance business applications including OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
• Design and support workflows, document management, automation, and system integrations
• Troubleshoot application issues, manage system configurations, and provide user support
• Assist with software implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management
• Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
• Stay current on emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools
