Requirements

Proven experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Working knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools.
Strong ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross functional environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
5 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery or related fields.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment across all parties.
Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
Lead structured requirements gathering efforts using interviews, workshops, and analysis techniques to clearly define business needs and objectives.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and clarity.
Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
