About The Position

Champion Home Builders is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support Salesforce-driven initiatives across Manufacturing Sales, Construction Services, and Marketing. This role will support FY27 priorities including Manufacturing Sales enablement, CPQ and Oracle ERP integration, construction point solution enhancements, migration of Excel processes, warranty/customer lifecycle capabilities, Salesforce operational reporting and analytics. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational processes into scalable Salesforce and integrated system solutions with a focus on process improvement, data integrity, and user adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise business systems
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud required
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, system integration, and process re-engineering
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT activities
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CPQ, quoting, order management, or ERP-integrated environments strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting construction/project-based workflows preferred
  • Basic SQL and data analysis skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across Manufacturing Sales, Construction Services, and Marketing initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Sales, Construction Services, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to define business processes and system enhancements
  • Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, and CPQ-related initiatives including opportunity management, quote lifecycle, pricing approvals, and quote-to-order integration with ERP
  • Analyze and redesign manual and Excel-based workflows, including Job Log scheduling and operational tracking processes
  • Support data mapping, validation, and integration alignment across Salesforce, Oracle/Navision ERP, BuilderTek, Tacton CPQ, and reporting platforms
  • Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and business documentation
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and release readiness activities
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and user experience across integrated business systems
