About The Position

The IT Business Analyst will lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations. This role requires strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems. The analyst will analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and overseeing software implementation and rollout activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations), and acting as the primary liaison for business stakeholders. Participation in solution design, configuration, and deployment is also expected, along with effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
