The Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is recruiting for an Information System Coordinator to join the division's Data Team in Juneau. This position coordinates the design, updating, enhancing, testing, and training of DJJ staff on all DJJ applications. The role works closely with the Data Processing Manager, user community, software vendor, JOMIS advisory Group, and DJJ management as the subject matter expert for JOMIS and Incident Tracker applications. The Information Systems Coordinator also coordinates and manages the JOMIS Advisory Group, including setting agendas, recording minutes, managing enhancements, and tracking the budget. Communication with the DJJ application user community regarding system administration, data quality, standardization, and policy adherence is a key responsibility. Additionally, the role provides administrative assistance to the Data Processing Manager and Data Team, manages user accounts and access privileges for DJJ applications, and coordinates access for justice partners. The position also manages and responds to JOMIS Help Desk requests.
