About The Position

Kintura is hiring an Information Technology / Audio Visual Coordinator for its Glenaire campus in Cary, NC. This role is responsible for supporting IT/AV efforts, including project management, vendor management, and user support. The position is based at Glenaire and reports to the VP Applications, IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of applications, act as a liaison between users and vendors, collaborate with departments on needs and implementations, manage multiple projects, support audio-visual equipment, and perform daily tasks such as troubleshooting and documentation. Occasional day trips for travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent training/experience
• 2 years' experience preferred
• Ability to take initiative and be detail oriented and organized
• Working independently and on a team
• Flexible and able to handle a fast pace
• Project management skills
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Having a “principal” understanding of all applications
• Acting as liaison between users and vendors
• Collaborating with departments/staff on assessing needs/requirements, implementations, ongoing training, and change management
• Managing multiple projects concurrently
• Supporting team member and resident use of audio-visual equipment
• Communicating with users and managing expectations
• Performing day-to-day tasks – troubleshooting, documentation (instructional and technical), communication, compliance, etc.
• Occasional travel - day trips (company vehicle available)
