Requirements

  • IT Asset Management (ITAM) support
  • Track and manage sustainment processes
  • Manage license and hardware lifecycles
  • Research, track, and update End of Support (EoS) and End of Life (EoL) status for software assets
  • Identify cost savings opportunities
  • Execute optimal asset reassignment
  • Maintain and administer OEM portal accounts
  • Validate and respond to Data Calls
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices
  • Develop cost estimates
  • Contribute to programmatic spend planning
  • Generate and maintain Monthly Dashboards and Master Tracker updates
  • Produce ITAM deliverables (Meeting Minutes, Action Items Logs)
  • Conduct peer reviews for team deliverables
  • Represent ITAM function at engagements
  • Provide program support
  • Resolve daily inquiries
  • Provide research assistance to SMEs and leads
  • Notify customers of upcoming asset renewals, modifications, or status changes
  • Provide supplementary ITAM, program, and customer support

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) support.
  • Track and manage complex, dynamic sustainment processes.
  • Manage license and hardware lifecycles from initial conception through End of Useful Life (EoL).
  • Research, track, and update End of Support (EoS) and EoL status for all software assets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and execute optimal asset reassignment.
  • Maintain and administer OEM portal accounts for lifecycle management of licenses and hardware.
  • Validate and respond to official Data Calls.
  • Manage the filing, recording, and delivery receipt verification for Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and contribute to programmatic spend planning.
  • Generate and maintain Monthly Dashboards and Master Tracker updates.
  • Produce detailed ITAM deliverables including Meeting Minutes and Action Items Logs (encompassing Updates, Tech Edits, and final Delivery).
  • Conduct peer reviews for team deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Represent the ITAM function at critical engagements, including Meetings, ELA Syncs, Procurement Syncs, and Monthly ITAM Meetings.
  • Provide dedicated program support, resolving daily inquiries and providing research assistance to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leads.
  • Proactively notify customers of upcoming asset renewals, modifications, or status changes.
  • Provide supplementary ITAM, program, and customer support as dictated by mission needs.
